Refund policy

Delivery and Return 

·       Place your order by 1 PM, and we will ensure it is promptly picked, packed, and dispatched the next day.

·         Enjoy free delivery on orders over £75 (excluding VAT) to mainland UK.

·         Any order below £100 will be charged additional delivery charges of £ 9.99

·         We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

·         There is no minimum order value required for placing an order.

·         Deliveries are made between 10 am and 5. 30 pm

·         All orders must be placed through our website or via email. Please note that if you choose to order via email, it may take an additional day for delivery.

Returns Policy

·         We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your goods to arrange a return. If the goods are damaged or broken, we can return only.

·         Goods will be collected by a courier authorised by the company, Goods authorised and accepted by care supplies will incur a minimum £9.99 handling charge.

·         To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

·         Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

·        Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
