1. General Information: All orders placed through Care-supplies.co.uk we will be subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Payment Terms

All prices listed are exclusive of VAT by default.

VAT will be applied at the current rate unless we receive and authorize a valid VAT exemption form.

We also accept payments via direct debit . By choosing this payment method, you authorize us to automatically withdraw the total amount due from your designated bank account at the time of order.

We accept payments in Sterling (£).

3. Non-Payment and Further Orders

If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to withhold processing further orders until all overdue amounts are fully settled.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any order at our discretion at any point before dispatch.

In case of any changes, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.

5. Liability

Defective Products: If any defect is found in products supplied by us, or if delivery is delayed, our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the goods as invoiced to you. We do not accept responsibility for any indirect losses or other damages.
